Losing Weight is not a dream, it is a good Motivation!

Girls can lose weight quickly only if they want and are seriously motivated  to do this. I decided to reveal you an interesting successful story of such a girl.

With the help of fun gym classes and healthy snacks, this girl, named Brandi Byers, lost 40 pounds in time for her own wedding.

Growing up, Brandi Byers stayed active by playing basketball and taking fitness classes, and she ate lots of salad. Still, her figure was more like "a football player's," she says, than like those of her slim, fit friends. And when she began attending Arizona State University, she grew careless with her eating habits.
"My best friend and I got an apartment—and too many groceries," recalls the 29-year-old e-learning training consultant from Phoenix. "By sophomore year, my eating was out of control." Along with scarfing too many bagels and bowls of pasta, Brandi let her workouts wane. She packed 40 pounds onto her 5'3" frame in just 18 months.

Amazing Change
Several months before Brandi was to be a bridesmaid in her best friend's October 2009 wedding, she couldn't squeeze into the gown she'd ordered. "I could never tell my friend that I couldn't be in her wedding because my dress didn't fit!" she says. She vowed not only to sport the size-6 dress but to shed the extra pounds for good.

The Lifestyle

Brandi started slowly, eating smaller meals and bringing snacks of veggies and fruit to work. To avoid flaking on workouts, she kept fitness clothes in her car and drove straight to the gym after work to jump on a stair-climber or catch a kickboxing or spin class and lift weights. "There was no room for excuses," she says. "I had done this to myself, and I was determined to undo it!" Brandi got down to 135 pounds—enough to fit into the bridesmaid dress. By September 2010, she reached her goal weight in time for her own wedding.

The Reward
Today, the bridesmaid dress that wouldn't zip is two sizes too big. "I have more confidence than ever," she says, "and a lot more energy. I feel completely revived!"

Brandi's Tips
Dress greens for success. "I mix lemon juice, olive oil, and Dijon mustard to drizzle on salads. It's delicious and saves calories."
Pass on seconds. "Those should be your leftovers. If you push the food away, then you'll get to enjoy it again the following day."
Trim your treats. "I order the children's size when it comes to ice cream and fro-yo. You need only a smidgen to satisfy a sweet tooth."

Buy Acomplia online and Lose Weight Safely!!!

Acomplia or Rimonabant as Sanofi chose to brand it, was conceived as a one of a kind anti obesity drug that was meant to cure our society of a new found illness - being overweight. Sanofi R & D scientists were understandably proud of Acomplia; it was the first selective CB1 receptor blocker to be approved, to be used in conjunction with diet and exercise for patients with a BMI greater than 30 kg/m².
Acomplia was to accomplish what no modern day medicine had dared to. Rid the world of obesity. In fact, it was not a weight loss pill, as its inventors pointed out. It was a holistic medicine, which went into the reason why we gained weight, and addressed it with scientific precison. Acomplia suppressed appetite and worked systematically.

It wasn't a wonder drug, or wonder pill, it was a medicine which conceptually found favour with not only overweight patients but also their physicians, especially for patients with diabetes. If ever there was an ambitious dream that Sanofi had created for mankind and the medical world, Acomplia was it.
Acomplia was approved in the UK as a controlled medication and was under application in the US in 2006.
The active ingredient in Acomplia is rimonabant, which is a CB1 endocannabinoid receptor antagonist.
(The endocannabinoid system is in the part of the brain that regulates metabolism, energy levels and appetite).
However, in October 2008 concerns were raised over a small number of patients experiencing psychiatric symptoms possibly connected to the medication. As a result, it's now illegal to supply Acomplia in the U.K.
It is a medication that can prove invaluable for sufferers of obesity, as it can help them to get down to a healthier and safer weight more quickly, which means that they can reduce the risk of weight related health issues.
As anyone who has ever dieted will know, it can be extremely difficult to lose weight with diet and exercise alone. Of course, it can be done but without some help it can often take a long time to lose even small amounts of weight. Whilst many people who are trying to lose weight have the luxury of time on their side, there are many people who need to lose weight as quickly as possible for their own health.

Lose Weight fast with Xenical online

At present there are many drugs in the market for weight loss. Patients from all walks of life come to clinics in search of medication which is going to make them thinner without any effort. No exercise, no dieting. It seems like the perfect and obvious choice. But is it? What about the side effects of these medications? Would it do more harm than good?

For the answer, we may have to go a little bit into the history of weight loss medications. In the 90's, a popular medication for weight loss was commonly prescribed. It was called “phen-fen” and composed of phentermine and fenfluramine. However, this drug was later recalled due to the side effects of the medication. It damaged the heart valves. Apparently, the component which was the problem in the combination was fenfluramine. Phentermine on its own did not appear to have the same effect.

Currently, the more well-known weight loss medications available in the market are Reductil/Meridia(Sibutramine) and Xenical.
Xenical is a prescription drug used to both help people lose weight and keep weight gain from returning. It comes in capsule form and is taken with each fat-containing meal. Xenical works by inhibiting the action of enzymes that break down fat, thereby reducing fat absorption by the body. Side effects include gas, stomach pain, and an urgent need to have a bowel movement.

Xenical is made by Roche Pharmaceuticals. Xenical works by decreasing the absorption of fat from your diet. The stomach and intestine have enzymes, called lipases, that break down fat into smaller molecules which are then absorbed from your digestive tract. Xenical binds to lipases and inhibits their activity, helping to decrease fat absorption. The medication does not have any effect on carbohydrates or protein.
